Letter to all airlines, especially PAL

We have entered the digital world already. And given that fact, i think your good company should start allowing the use of electronic emails and other digital proofs to allow passengers to enter the terminal 2, without any paper trails.

Im had the worst experience today when a guard debated me about entering the place without a printed ticket. How are we supposed to protect our environment when these guys keep insisting the need to print out electronic tickets?

And seriously, why call it electronic tickets if you need to print it anyway. So bottom line, please take a good look and start firing the dumb guards who can't understand the logic. Otherwise, just eliminate the e-ticket system.

Another thing... paying for bulk head seats... i can understand... but for exit rows? Come on! Be logical and practical... it's a safety requirement people
